Unexpected difficulties when things went wrong
I had high hopes that with WFHI software, the whole experience would be smooth, but I was surprised by how it handled some unexpected problems. When I encountered issues during the training modules, especially relating to the calling tools, I found the process to fix them quite cumbersome. There was no clear guidance available within the software itself, and attempts to reach telephonic support were met with delays. The automatic updates seem beneficial generally, but in my case, an update caused a temporary malfunction in the dialer, and the recovery process wasn’t clearly communicated. I was expecting a more structured approach to troubleshoot such problems without having to wait or guess what to do next. The invoicing and payment processing were fine, and the initial sign-up went smoothly, so I cannot complain on that front. However, the absence of timely response when things went wrong was disappointing. It felt like the system wasn’t designed for real-time problem solving, leaving me stuck at times and questioning how to proceed. Overall, I didn’t expect such difficulties with something marketed as remote workflow software. The lack of clear, immediate solutions really caught me off guard and made me more cautious in further using the platform.
