Unexpected confusion in labels and wording
When I first started using the software, I immediately noticed that some of the labels within the dashboard were not as clear as I expected. The calling tool section used terms that seemed unfamiliar to me, like "Sync status" Without explanation, which made it hard to track my call activity. Also, the database tabs had headings that did not match what I thought they meant; for example, the label for contact filtering was ambiguous, leading me to guess rather than be sure. During onboarding, I found that the training materials used inconsistent terminology compared to the interface, which added to my confusion. Additionally, the invoicing process used phrases that did not clearly explain payment schedules, causing me to double-check my invoices multiple times. Calling support was patient over the phone, but they sometimes used the same unclear words, which didn’t help me much. Even the automatic updates seemed to introduce new labels without much explanation. I was surprised by how these wording issues slowed down my ability to use the software efficiently. At every step, I had to pause and think twice, which was frustrating. Ultimately, I felt that the experience could be improved a lot if the labels and instructions were more straightforward and consistent from the start, so that users like me don’t need multiple calls or searches just to understand basic functions.
