Unexpected confusion in billing process made things difficult
The billing and payments part of using the WFHI software really caught me off guard. At first, I thought signing up and getting invoiced would be straightforward, but it wasn’t. The process seemed confusing and not very transparent, which made the steps less clear than I had hoped. Normally, when I buy software, I expect invoices to be sent promptly along with easy payment options, but this time I wasn’t sure if the payment had gone through properly at first. Also, I found the explanations around recurring payments and how they’d be handled were lacking in the initial documents, and when I asked for clarification via support calls, it sometimes took a while to get answers. This made me a little hesitant and unsure if I’d be able to figure it all out on my own if I continued using the service. Telephonic support was somewhat helpful once I connected, but I had a few different calls due to lingering doubts and unclear information in the account portal. Because the system didn’t feel intuitive, I’m expecting I will need to seek help again next time I try to settle payment or check invoices. It’s not that the entire billing is bad, but the way it’s set up surprised me, and I feel improvements in communication and clarity would be necessary for me to have a smoother experience next time.
