Unexpected amount of self-driven setup required
When I first started using the WFHI software, I was surprised at how much I had to figure out on my own rather than being guided step-by-step. The initial onboarding did cover the basics, but beyond that, a fair bit of trial and error was necessary. On one hand, it gives you a chance to learn deeply by doing, which is valuable for setting up workflows in a way that really fits your unique needs. On the other hand, it can be a bit frustrating when you expect more handholding, especially during the call tool integration phase. The telephonic support is certainly helpful when you reach out, but it’s often reactive rather than proactive. I appreciated the automatic updates that improved functionality without too much intervention, though. The billing and sign-up were straightforward, which saved some hassle early on. All in all, while the support resources are solid, I found the amount of self-initiative needed to be the most surprising part of working with WFHI’s platform. For those comfortable exploring software independently, this shouldn’t be a major challenge, but it’s worth knowing ahead of time.
