Uneven experience day to day in sales enquiry
My experience with the sales and pre-purchase process has been somewhat mixed over the course of my daily interactions. Initially, the information provided was quite basic, which meant I had to spend considerable time exploring additional resources on my own to understand the full scope of the software and training offerings. On the positive side, the payment and invoicing steps were relatively smooth and responded well to the typical workflow I used for managing subscriptions. However, on the downside, the responsiveness of sales support fluctuated—some days queries were answered promptly whereas other days answers came delayed or incomplete, which made planning difficult. The overall feel of the sales journey was patchy rather than seamless. While I appreciate the initiative behind automatic updates and communication tools, their integration with the sign-up and onboarding could have been clearer, and I often found myself double-checking database features to align with my workflow requirements. In summary, the mixture of efficient and inefficient responses throughout left me unsure if the process was genuinely supportive or if I had to navigate it mostly independently.
