Understanding Training Took Effort, But Some Parts Worked
I tried going through the training and onboarding to get a feel for how to use the calling tools and database. At first, the labels and wording didn’t make much sense, and it felt like I was guessing what things meant. The training videos were not always clear, and sometimes I had to restart them just to understand the flow. But, on the positive side, the telephonic support was reachable and helped clarify some of the confusing bits. I did find the automatic updates a plus since they improved the dialer stability without interrupting my usage. Invoicing and sign-up were straightforward, which saved some time early on. Still, overall, the training required more effort than I expected to get comfortable with the software. Maybe if the labels were more intuitive, or if the onboarding materials matched the interface better, it would have been easier. Right now, I feel it’s a mixed experience because the software can be helpful, but only after pushing through the confusing training part.
