Understanding the UI labels took some effort at first

The wording and labels in the WFHI software made sense after I spent a bit of time with the system, though initially they were somewhat confusing. Some terms used within the dialer and database objects didn’t fully match my expectations based on tooltips or training materials, which meant I had to experiment to grasp their meaning. On the other hand, once I adjusted, the automatic updates and calling tools felt logical and streamlined my daily tasks quite a bit. The onboarding flow gave a helpful framework, but I had to put in some effort beyond the initial training to feel fully comfortable. Overall, the labels are now understandable and good enough for regular use, but newcomers might benefit from slightly clearer explanations or examples to reduce the initial learning curve.
