Understanding sales labels took some time to click
When I first looked at the sales and pre-purchase information, the labels and descriptions seemed somewhat unclear to me. I wasn’t sure if certain features were included in the package or were add-ons. After a few attempts and closer reading, the distinctions began to make sense, although the phrasing was not immediately intuitive. This moment of clarity helped me decide whether to proceed. I appreciate that the terms were not overly complicated, but I think the wording could be simplified for quicker understanding. The onboarding to the software then matched these clarified expectations well. So, while it took effort at first to grasp, once it clicked, the process was reasonable.
