Umeed thi zyada seamless hoga par disappoint kiya
Main ne pehle kuch aise software use kiye the jinke sign-up aur pre-purchase process kaafi straightforward aur samajhne mein asaan hote the. Lekin yeh platform, uske comparison mein, mere hisaab se itna user-friendly nahi laga. Jo advertisement mein dikhaya tha, uske mutabik mujhe laga ki sab kuch simple hoga, par actual mein interface mujhe thoda cluttered aur confusing nazar aaya. Contact karne ke liye sales team se baat ki, par support response delayed tha jo thoda frustrating tha. Previous experiences ke wajah se mujhe laga tha ki jaldi aur smoothly onboarding ho jayegi, par yahan mehnat zyada lagna pada. Abhi software pe kaam karte waqt mujhe lagta hai ki mere expectations aur reality mein gap hai. Shayad ye system unke liye best hai jo pehle se technical background rakhte hain, lekin beginners ko thodi pareshaani ho sakti hai.
