Trying to understand the labels was a slow process, not quite intuitive
When I first started using the software, I found myself hesitating over the labels and wording used in the interface and communication. Things like what 'priority assistance' exactly meant or how the 'database sync' worked were not immediately clear. It took me several calls with support to get comfortable with the terminology, which made the early days a bit tiring. The people on the phone were patient every time and explained things warmly; I appreciate that. But the software itself could have been a bit more straightforward in its language, perhaps with better tooltips or more self-explanatory labels during onboarding. Once I grasped what each feature was supposed to do, using the dialer and handling updates became easier. Still, I imagine that first impressions are important, and for me, it was a slow realization rather than an instant click. If the labeling was clearer from the start, it would have saved me a lot of back-and-forth and left me feeling more confident right away.
