Trying to figure out if the onboarding hours actually fit my schedule

I was really trying to see how this training and onboarding would fit into the hours I actually have to work during a day. At first, the sessions seemed well-structured and the instructions clear enough that I thought I could slot them in without much trouble. However, after a few days, I started noticing that some of the training modules came during windows I usually reserve for other commitments, making it hard to commit fully without interruptions. The dialer software and calling tools seemed to be reliable, which I appreciated since they didn't add extra hassle when I was trying to follow the training. On the other hand, the pace of the onboarding felt a bit off for my schedule—sometimes too slow, which made it dragging, and sometimes too fast to really absorb everything in one go. Payment processes and invoicing went smoothly, with no issues, which was a relief because at least I didn't have to worry there. Support offered some advice when I called in, but their availability sometimes clashed with my flexible hours, so that was a bit frustrating. Overall, I’m still unsure if the timing of these training elements really clicks with how I work, but I can see some benefits if the schedule were a bit more adaptable or predictable.
