Troubleshooting was more work than expected
When I encountered issues logging into the software, the process to resolve them was quite lengthy. I had to manually check multiple times whether the database was syncing accurately, which was time-consuming. Contacting telephonic support felt like a long effort since I did not receive immediate assistance. The steps given to solve errors were standard and sometimes repeated, which did not help speed things up. While the automatic updates supposedly handle maintenance, I noticed some functions still lagged after updates and needed additional self-troubleshooting. The invoicing and payment confirmation was straightforward but the initial set-up struggled with small glitches that took hours to fix. Training provided minimal guidance on handling errors, so overall managing problems felt more difficult than I anticipated. The solution wasn’t always quick or clear, which made me evaluate if it was worth the effort for ongoing usage.
