Trouble happened; fixing it was a slog
When issues appeared with a duplicate charge on my billing, I found that getting it corrected was a heavier lift than expected. Communication channels were in place, but responses were slow and required multiple follow-ups. I had to explain the situation several times over phone calls and emails, which took more time and effort than it should have. The invoice adjustments eventually happened, but not before considerable back-and-forth. While I granted that the initial payment process and invoice generation were straightforward, the moment something went wrong, their handling felt lacking. Getting the telephonic support to understand the issue was harder than I anticipated. Automatic updates didn’t interfere but didn’t help either with issue resolution. Overall, correcting billing mistakes required more persistence than reasonable, which left me tired of the process. It was functional at first, but when problems arose, it was a poor experience to resolve them through the support available.
