Trainings samajh mein bilkul nahi aaye, thoda confuse ho gaya
Main training aur onboarding ko lekar kaafi excited tha, par jab start kiya toh sab kuch expected se bilkul alag nikla. Jo software use karne ki sochi thi, usmein training material aisi tha jo mere liye thoda unclear tha. Training videos aur manuals dono mein hi instructions thodi complicated lagi, aur navigation flow match nahi karta tha jo mujhe pehle bataya gaya tha. Agar main kahun toh, main repeatedly wahi baat par phir raha tha ki training simple aur straightforward hona chahiye tha. Access ka process bhi time leta tha aur dialer ko samajhna mushkil lag raha tha. Mujhe laga tha ki onboarding zyada smooth hoga, par reality mein bohot si steps mein delay aur confusion aaya. Support ko call kiya tha, par unhone bhi sab kuch theek se solve nahi kiya. Mere liye yeh experience poora disappointing tha kyunki main productive hone ka soch raha tha, par end mein training ke wajah se main frustrated ho gaya tha. Main bas ye hi kahunga ki training ko fir se dekhna chahiye.
