training would suit beginners less, better for experienced users
I went through the training and onboarding offered but by the end of it, my confidence in running remote workflows using the software was only moderate. The materials provided were quite detailed but I found that the pace was a bit fast for someone with little prior experience in this kind of system. If you're already familiar with remote workflow concepts and have used similar dialers or databases, you'd probably find the training adequate. However, for absolute beginners, I think it might feel overwhelming and a bit rushed. The onboarding process did cover the basics but didn't leave enough time or support for practicing those skills deeply. That said, the updates and help desk did address some follow-up questions, but overall, especially if you want to be very comfortable before starting full use, this might not be the best fit.
