Training wording left me more confused than helped

I was really hoping the onboarding and training would clarify how to use the software properly, but unfortunately, I found the wording and labels throughout quite confusing. Many of the terms used didn’t seem to match the functions I was expecting, which made following the tutorials harder than I thought it would be. The database and calling features sounded simple enough, but when it came to the actual use, the explanations felt vague and sometimes contradicted what the interface showed. I tried to reach out for telephonic support to clarify, but even there, the guidance was not as clear as I needed to proceed confidently. Although the sign-up and payment processes were fine and easy enough to navigate, the lack of clarity in training put a big damper on my overall impression. I ended up spending a lot more time figuring things out on my own than I anticipated. So in the end, I was left with a system that technically worked, but I wasn’t able to use it fully due to unclear instructions.
