Training wording and labels: mixed experience

The onboarding process was quite straightforward overall, but I ran into some unclear labels in the training modules that made me pause a bit. Some terms were obvious and well explained, like setting up the dialer and using the database, which helped me understand the workflow faster. However, a few sections used jargon or naming conventions that didn’t immediately click for me, causing minor delays while I figured out what was meant. It wasn’t a big problem but did interrupt the flow momentarily. I liked that the updates came automatically because it kept the software current without me having to bother. Telephonic support was accessible but felt a bit scripted. Payment and sign-up were smooth with clear invoicing shown right away. Overall, the training met most of my expectations but could improve with clearer wording to make everything instantly understandable for new users.
