Training wasn’t what I expected
When I first started, I thought the training and onboarding would be more guided. However, I found that I had to figure out a lot of the processes on my own. For example, when setting up the dialer and linking it to the database, I struggled because the instructions were vague and I had to search through the support articles separately. One specific moment that stands out is when I tried to use the calling tools for the first time; there was no clear step-by-step for what to do in the software’s interface, so I had to experiment a lot. Apart from that, I think the initial sign-up and payment process was fine, though the training didn’t cover everything I was expecting, especially around using the automatic updates feature and how it might affect my workflow. Overall, the onboarding felt like I was left to figure things out myself, with only limited live help at critical points. The software is powerful, but the training and onboarding experience lacked structure compared to what I had assumed I would receive.
