training wasn’t quite what i expected – some surprises
So when I signed up, I kinda thought the training would just be a quick walkthrough and then straight into using the software, right? Well, turns out that's not exactly how it went down. The first surprise was the level of detail they go into right off the bat. Some of it felt a bit overwhelming, especially since I wasn’t expecting so many modules and repeated instructions. But on the upside, it did help me get more familiar with the dialer and the database features than I thought I'd be by this stage. I also didn’t expect to wait at times—the onboarding had gaps where you had to pause for automatic updates and syncing, which was a little annoying. Luckily, the telephonic support was reachable on those slower days, which helped keep me on track and less frustrated. And the invoice and payment process? Pretty straightforward, which was a nice relief after the back-and-forth of the training. Overall, the training matched some expectations but threw in some others I'd not anticipated, especially the pacing and repetition. If you’re like me and kinda want to dive right into the software, it might test your patience. But I also think the thoroughness could be good for others who are newer to remote workflow systems. So it’s a mixed bag for sure, but I’m glad I stuck with it so far and feel more ready than when I started.
