Training wasn’t as repetitive as I feared, pleasantly surprised
At first, I thought the training would be filled with repetitive information and long waits between sessions, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. The onboarding was pretty smooth, and I liked how they kept things moving without dragging bits along unnecessarily. There was some repetition here and there, which actually helped reinforce key points rather than making me lose interest. Waiting periods were short, and the trainers kept the pace lively. So, what I expected as a dull, slow process ended up being quite engaging and efficient, which was a big relief to me because I hate wasting time repeating stuff.
