Training was worth the grind
Looking back on the whole onboarding and training phase, I definitely felt more confident by the time I got through it. At first, the series of sessions and software walkthroughs took some real effort to keep up with, especially balancing them alongside my regular commitments. The training covered everything from the database setup to using the calling tools and dialer efficiently. Some parts, like the initial navigation of the software interface, felt a bit dense and could have been simplified. However, after applying what I learned in practice, my confidence improved noticeably, particularly in handling the telephonic support calls and making the best use of the database features. Automatic updates rolled out smoothly without interrupting my workflow, which was a relief. Overall, the effort invested in completing the onboarding wasn’t trivial, but it paid off in understanding and control. I’d say the one minor thing that held me back was that some training stages felt too rushed and could’ve benefited from better pacing to match different learning speeds.
