Training was unclear and confusing—I won’t do it again

You know, when I first signed up for WFHI’s training and onboarding, I really hoped the explanations would be clear and that I could get a good grasp of the remote workflow software quickly. Sadly, that wasn’t my experience at all. The training materials seemed disorganized and didn’t explain the steps in a way that made sense to me. I kept struggling with the database setup and the calling tools felt complicated without enough instruction. The onboarding flow was rushed and the telephonic support often gave me answers that were vague, so I would get stuck a lot and waste time trying to figure things out on my own. Even the automatic updates sometimes caused glitches without warning, and no one explained what to do next. The billing and payment process was the one part that seemed straightforward, but everything else was frustrating. Honestly, I do not think I would repeat this training or recommend it to others who want a smooth start with the software. Clearer guidance and a more structured approach would have made a big difference for me, but as it stands, I just felt lost throughout.
