Training was tougher than I expected and I’ll need help again
I found the WFHI training and onboarding to be more challenging than I had anticipated, and I realize I will probably need assistance next time I approach it. The initial sessions covered the basics clearly enough, but when it came to using the calling tools and managing the database, I often felt lost and frustrated. The instructional pace was somewhat uneven—some parts felt rushed, while others dragged—and I struggled to keep track of the workflow sequences. The automatic updates introduced features mid-training that I wasn’t fully prepared for, adding to my confusion. Although telephonic support was available, I had concerns that seeking help repeatedly might not be welcomed or timely in the long run. Sign-up and payment processing were straightforward, but those practical steps didn’t offset the difficulties I had with mastering the software itself. In general, I put in a lot of effort to understand the material, which felt draining, and I doubt I’ll manage the system effectively without further guidance. Despite a small reservation about how updated content is integrated into training, I acknowledge that the resources are present, but the learning curve remains steep for me personally.
