Training was thorough, though parts surprised me by being tougher
The onboarding and training sessions with WFHI definitely met my expectations in many ways. I assumed the training would focus mostly on basic software navigation and using calling tools, but I was a bit surprised by how detailed and structured the lessons were. They included a lot about workflow management and database handling that I hadn’t anticipated but found valuable. The step-by-step approach in videos and guides helped me grasp the features quickly, though some technical terminologies were denser than I thought initially, which slowed me down a little. On the positive side, the training method was clearly well planned, allowing me to build confidence before trying out live workflows. Given my prior experience, I expected the onboarding to be straightforward and it was, but the unexpected depth in certain modules surprised me in a good way — it forced me to pay closer attention. The whole process reinforced what I needed to function effectively with the software, even if it took more effort than I originally figured.
