Training was thorough but the repetition and waiting slowed me down
Reflecting on my experience with WFHI's training and onboarding, I have mixed feelings. On the positive side, the training content was quite thorough, covering all the necessary steps to use the software effectively. I especially liked that they offered telephonic support, which meant I could clarify doubts directly. However, the process also involved a lot of repetition. I often found myself rewatching the same modules multiple times or waiting for scheduled sessions that didn't always start on time. The wait times sometimes felt excessive, causing frustration, especially when I was eager to move on and actually start using the software. Part of the repetition seemed intended to ensure mastery, but in practice, it occasionally slowed me down rather than helping me. On the other hand, when I did get through the rough patches, the automated updates and intuitive interface helped smooth out day-to-day use after training. Despite the initial slow pace, the invoicing and payment process worked smoothly, and signing up was uncomplicated. I can see why some users might appreciate the careful pacing, but for me, the drawn-out onboarding and sessions made it a lengthier process than I had hoped for. Still, the overall quality of training and assistance was decent, just perhaps in need of better time management and less repeated content for a quicker ramp-up experience.
