Training was thorough but required steady effort

The onboarding and training process was quite comprehensive and gave me a reasonably strong sense of confidence by the end. I appreciated that the training covered the essential software features like the database interface, calling functions, and how to manage automatic updates. Although the pacing sometimes felt a bit fast, and I had to revisit material on my own time, I found that extra effort worthwhile for getting comfortable with everything. The support channels during training were helpful whenever I had questions, but managing all the modules did require dedicated time. Still, by the end, I felt ready to handle the platform independently with only minor reservations about advanced features.
