Training was thorough but ongoing setup was limited
The training and onboarding process with the WFHI software was generally very thorough. From the very first session, I felt that the materials covered the essentials to get the software up and running efficiently. Most of the setup happened in a single batch of onboarding steps, so I didn’t have to keep restarting or repeating the basic procedures over multiple weeks. That initial training felt comprehensive enough that subsequent use felt mostly like continued application rather than re-learning. One thing I thought was missing, though, was more continuous updates or intermediate training sessions to help adapt quickly to new features as they roll out automatically. Occasional refresher courses or short update notices would have been appreciated to keep my workflow fully tuned to platform changes. But once the initial onboarding and setup were done, the rest of the ongoing work felt smooth and predictable. It gave me solid independence while still enabling me to reach out for telephonic support when I ran into small issues. This balance between thorough start and light ongoing support suited my style well. I think adding a little more layered ongoing training would complete the package for me.
