Training Was Straightforward With Some Waits
I completed the training and onboarding process and found that while it covered all necessary aspects, there was some repetition in the modules. The material itself was clear and sequenced logically. However, a few times I had to wait for system updates or responses before moving on, which slowed down progress. The dialer and calling tools functioned reliably once set up, allowing me to get accustomed without much hassle. I appreciated that the onboarding flow was direct and mostly self-explanatory, but the waiting periods between steps could disrupt the flow and make it feel longer than expected. There was no unnecessary fluff or complex jargon, just straightforward content. In general, referring to this training as a well-structured introduction wouldn't be far off. However, I would tell a friend to expect some pauses in the process and to stay patient because the key parts are thorough yet not overly complex.
