Training was straightforward but finding details was patchy
The training modules provided a decent overview and at least one part clearly worked well for me. I felt the onboarding flow helped me understand the software basics with enough practical examples. On the downside, locating the particular resources I needed when I had a specific question was sometimes frustrating. The search function or indexing could definitely be better. It meant I repeatedly checked different sections even though I thought the answer should have been easier to find. Sometimes I felt a bit like I was retracing steps unnecessarily, and it became a bit tiring over a couple of sessions. Still, the clarity of the videos and guides when accessed worked well enough to get past the stickier spots eventually. In the end, I got myself comfortable using the calling dialer and database features, but not without some weariness from searching. I hope the training materials become more user-friendly in future updates because the solid parts show promise, just needing smoother navigation.
