Training was slow to start but day to day use revealed deeper issues
While the initial onboarding and training sessions with WFHI started off looking promising, the day-to-day experience was largely disappointing. After the first few tries, I noticed that the training materials were not comprehensive enough to cover the routine technical glitches users might encounter daily. For example, the dialer’s connectivity issues persisted and there was no quick fix available despite reporting these problems multiple times. The support team, although courteous, took quite some time to respond and their solutions were often generic and didn’t address the deeper issues. The database synchronization with other workflow tools also frequently failed, which hampered workflow efficiency and caused delays. On the plus side, the invoicing and payment process was well-organized, allowing me to keep track of costs without confusion, which I appreciated. However, the inconsistency in the training’s effectiveness and continued software problems overshadowed this positive aspect. I expected a more reliable system for daily use considering the initial promise, but it fell short in crucial operational areas.
