Training was quite detailed, though onboarding pace could improve
Compared to other similar training I have experienced, WFHI’s onboarding process was clearly more structured and user-friendly. The software walkthrough helped me grasp core aspects better than before, especially the database integration and usage of the dialer. However, I did find that some training modules moved a bit quickly, making it tough to absorb everything at once. Despite that, the overall experience felt comprehensive, and the approach to automatic updates during training was a plus since I didn’t face any disruptions. One small reservation would be that more hands-on examples could enhance learning further. Still, it’s a solid improvement over platforms I have tried previously.
