Training was patchy, some good parts but mostly left me hanging

The training and onboarding provided by WFHI promised to get me up to speed quickly, but I found myself figuring out a lot on my own. Initially, the training videos covered some basics clearly, like how to use the database and how to place calls using the dialer. However, when it came to more practical workflows and troubleshooting common issues, the guidance was thin. There were several features I tried to use but couldn't find clear instructions for, so I had to experiment or look elsewhere for help. The signup and payment processes were straightforward enough, which was a relief as I was able to get started without much hassle. Telephonic support was sometimes available but responses were inconsistent; sometimes quick, sometimes delayed, which affected my confidence. Automatic updates would occasionally change the layout or functions of software parts without explanation, causing short confusion during workflow. On the plus side, once I worked through the initial difficulties, I grew more comfortable with the software tools day to day. Still, I think the training materials could be more comprehensive and consistent to reduce the burden of self-learning right at the beginning.
