Training was overly complicated and unclear at many steps

I tried to get started with WFHI training but found the explanations lacking in clarity. The onboarding flow was not linear and I kept getting stuck at parts where the software expected me to use calling tools and database functions without prior clear instructions or examples. I spent significant amounts of time trying to understand how the dialer worked in practice since the automated tutorial skipped some of the manual settings I actually needed to adjust. The telephonic support didn’t always explain the next steps plainly and sometimes assumed I was more familiar with remote workflow concepts than I actually am. Even invoicing and payment process details were buried in the documentation, which I had to piece together myself. The overall effort to learn the software felt more than I expected and left me frustrated at how much was supposedly self-explanatory but wasn't. I wished the training was more step-by-step and less reliant on figuring things out alone, because it took much longer than I planned to get even basic tasks done.
