Training was okay, par kuch cheeze tha jisme main struggle kiya
Yaar, training and onboarding ka experience thoda mix tha. Jo basics the, wo achhe se samjha diye jaise calling tools and dialer setup kaise karna hai. Lekin jab main database feature ki baat karta hoon, toh thoda confusion hua. Mujhe lag raha tha ki mujhe easily jo specific tutorials chahiye the wo mil jaayenge, par kuch cheeze thodi scattered thi. Training videos tha clear, par kabhi kabhi mujhe laga ki thoda specific examples ki kami thi for real-life use. Onboarding flow thoda intuitive tha, but at the same time mujhe kuch steps ko dubara dekhna para, especially jab automatic updates ki baat aayi because pata nahi tha wo updates exactly kya changes laate hain. Support se baat ki to they were helpful, but it didn’t feel like they were anticipating my questions upfront. Basically, ek taraf toh easy laga start karna with WFHI because basic tools samajh aa gaye, par thodi jagah usability aur clarity miss hui jo frustrating thi. So, haan, overall experience okay raha — not perfect but useful. Agar thoda aur focused training aur content mil jaata toh better hota, par dost, shukar hai ki main basic use samajh gaya.
