Training was okay but quite basic compared to what I used before
I found WFHI’s training and onboarding somewhat underwhelming when compared to previous platforms I have used for managing remote workflows. The training did cover the basics, such as setting up the calling tools and how to use the dialer effectively, but it lacked the depth I was expecting especially around troubleshooting and advanced management of the database features. Compared to other systems, the onboarding flow felt slower and sometimes repetitive. While the software itself was fairly user-friendly once set up, the training didn’t quite help me get past a few early hiccups that I had faced in the initial days. The telephonic support was accessible, but on multiple occasions, I still felt I was left to figure things out myself because the training had not adequately prepared me for real-world issues. One positive aspect was the clarity of the invoicing and payment process; it was straightforward and transparent which helped avoid confusion. However, for someone who is already familiar with remote workflow software, the training here might not add much value beyond getting started. Overall, I would say it was sufficient to get me set up, but a more detailed and comprehensive training would have made the transition smoother. I didn’t feel fully ready by the end of their program compared to my experience with other tools that offered more extensive guidance on optimizing the workflow.
