Training was okay but not exactly as I thought
I came into the training expecting a more hands-on approach, but it turned out to be more theoretical than I anticipated. That wasn’t a bad thing, just not what I had in mind. The onboarding materials were thorough enough to get me through the initial setup and working with the dialer went fine over the first week. However, I did find that some features in the database section weren’t covered as deeply as I’d hoped, leaving me to figure out a few things on my own. The automatic updates were smooth, which I liked, and the telephonic support helped when I got stuck. Overall, it did the job but it wasn’t as immersive or interactive as I might have told a friend it would be. Still, I think it was practical enough to help me get started without too much trouble.
