Training was okay, but long-term use is what counts
When I first started with the onboarding training, I was hopeful it would guide me neatly through everything, but it wasn’t perfect. The initial explanations were decent but left some gaps that I only noticed after using the software day after day. For instance, the dialer and database features required a bit of trial and error to really get them working smoothly in my daily routine. The onboarding modules covered basics, but some details on workflow integration and updates came across a bit vague. Over time, I got better at handling the system because of the automatic updates, which helped avoid frequent manual changes. Telephonic support was there, though I found I only needed to call occasionally, mostly when a new update changed some minor functions unexpectedly. Overall, what I expected was some easy drill of training upfront, yet the reality required persistence and learning on the job. Still, I’m glad they provided solid resources because without that I might have struggled more as days went on. That long-term aspect made up for the initial rough edges in training.
