Training was not as comprehensive on regular days
Initially, the training session for the WFHI software was quite informative and gave me high hopes. However, after those first few days, I noticed that the daily operations required more hands-on learning than I expected. The onboarding had prepared me for basic features, but the day-to-day use of the calling tools and database seemed to throw new challenges that were not covered thoroughly in training. I expected ongoing support or refresher materials to help with these, but that was missing. On the better side, the software was responsive and updates were frequent, which was helpful. In summary, while the training set a decent foundation, it lacked depth for sustained daily use leading to a somewhat mixed experience.
