Training was mostly smooth, just expected less wait
When I first enrolled in the WFHI training and onboarding program, I expected to face some delays given the online nature. However, compared to other platforms I have tried, the waiting periods before sessions began were relatively brief. I was able to follow the training modules with minimal repetition, which was a relief since redundant content can be draining. There were minor pauses during the tutorial videos where I had to wait for the next set of instructions to load, but nothing significant enough to disrupt learning flow. The onboarding process introduced the database and dialer features gradually, which helped me absorb the information better than a rushed approach. I remember telling a friend that the training was comprehensive yet paced in a way that didn't feel overwhelming or too slow. My only small reservation is that in some sections, I felt the same information was repeated in slightly different forms, which might be useful for absolute beginners but could be tightened. Overall, my experience was positive and I’d say it exceeded what I anticipated from the start.
