Training was mostly self-driven, that’s how I’d describe it
The training and onboarding were pretty much a do-it-yourself type of setup. I got access to the software and the dialer, but a lot of things like setting up the workflow and database features I had to figure out myself. There were some tutorials available, though they felt a bit brief, so I ended up experimenting quite a bit. The automatic updates often changed small things in the interface, so staying on top of those was part of the learning curve. Support was there when I reached out, but I didn’t find myself needing to call often. Overall, I’d just say to a friend, "It's mostly on you to learn this, but once you get it, it's solid enough for remote work."
