Training was mostly logical, but some steps felt out of place
I really liked how the training and onboarding process was structured in general. It started with the fundamental concepts, moving on to practical exercises with the calling tools and dialer which made sense to me. The database tutorial was clear and helped me understand how to organize contacts efficiently. However, one thing I found a bit confusing was the jump to invoicing before fully covering automatic updates, which seemed slightly out of order. It would have been nicer if the sequence had a more natural flow, especially around how updates might impact those payment processes. Still, the overall pace was manageable, and I think the training helped me get ready fairly well. Support during onboarding was responsive too, which kept things moving smoothly. So overall, there were definite positives and some minor drawbacks in how the training was sequenced, but I found it useful and would recommend it for someone willing to keep an open mind.
