Jo software hai, usmein kaafi features the jo self-explanatory the, toh main usko kaafi had tak khud samajh rahi thi. Par haan, training mein thoda aur structured content hota toh aur bhi better hota, especially for beginners like mujhe. Kuch chize aisi thin jinke bare mein detailed explanation mil jati toh initial hurdles kam hote. Call tools aur database ko samajhne mein bhi thoda time laga because step-by-step guide nahi thi har ek feature ke liye. Lekin onboarding flow write-up sufficient tha and sign-up process smooth raha. Payment and invoicing bhi clear tha, jo bahut zaroori hai. Overall, main kaafi confident feel kar rahi hoon software ko use karne mein, par thodi si improvement training mein honi chahiye.
