Training was mostly in order but a few steps felt a bit jumbled
So, starting out with the training, I was pretty happy that the onboarding steps were laid out to guide me through the software logically. At first, the dialer setup came early, which made sense because I wanted to get hands-on with calling tools quickly. Then, moving onto handling the database felt natural and connected to what I already learned. However, there were moments when I felt the sequence got a bit confusing, like when the automatic updates were covered alongside payment process stuff. It felt like jumbling distinct tasks that might have been better separated for clarity. Despite that, the step-by-step guides were easy to follow and the interface was intuitive enough that even if the order wasn’t perfect, I could find my way around. I’d probably tell a friend the training is pretty solid overall, but be ready to handle a couple of minor bumps, since it’s not always perfectly streamlined. Most importantly, each component builds on the last, so it does prepare you for fully using the system once you reach the end of the onboarding.
