Training was mostly good though some parts I figured out myself
The onboarding process definitely gave me a solid foundation. The initial training sessions covered the essential software functionalities, and that helped me get started without feeling overwhelmed. What really stood out was how the training tackled the database management tools — they explained those parts in more detail, which I found useful given my workflow. However, when it came to the calling tools and dialer, I had to experiment a bit and learn some tricks on my own since the training on those features wasn’t as comprehensive. I appreciated having access to automatic updates, which seemed to improve things over time without extra effort from me. The sign-up and payment system was straightforward and the invoices were consistent. In the end, while I did have to figure out a few aspects independently, the overall setup was efficient, and the structured training balanced out the gaps reasonably. I think for someone who likes to explore as they go, this would work well, but complete beginners might need more detailed guidance in certain areas.
