The training and onboarding process for WFHI was quite engaging and informative, which I really appreciated. However, there were parts where some of the wording and labels felt a bit confusing at first. It took me a while to grasp a few concepts, but ultimately it worked out just fine. Despite the occasional hiccup in clarity, I think they did a great job in preparing me for the software. It’s a solid resource overall.
