Training was just like I expected, not too zyada, not kam
Main initially thoda nervous tha about how the training and onboarding would go, kyunki itni si cheez mein kaafi explanations milte hain, aur kabhi kabhi wo complicated ban sakta tha. But jo mujhe mila, wo bilkul useful tha aur bilkul practical tha — they didn’t just tell me things, training mein real examples samjhaaye gaye. Starting from setting up the call dialer to using the database effectively, step-by-step mujhe samajh mein aaya. Mujhe abhi bhi kabhi support ki help leni pad sakti hai, especially jab automatic updates aayenge, kyunki har baar nayi cheezein adjust karni hoti hain. Lekin training alone hi itni detailed thi ki main confidently aage progress kar raha hoon. Jo expect kiya tha, exactly waisa mila, aur isse mujhe lagega ki next time bhi agar help chahiye toh easily le paunga. Overall experience achha raha aur main sure hoon ki training future mein kaam aayegi.
