Training was helpful though I figured out some parts myself
Talking to friends about my experience with the training, I'd say it was largely helpful but also required some independent learning. The onboarding modules covered most of the basic features, such as how to use the dialer and manage the database, and I appreciated that the sessions were clear for the majority of users. However, there were a few functions and workflow nuances that the training didn’t fully clarify, which meant I had to experiment on my own to find effective ways to incorporate them into my routine. This was manageable given the software’s user interface but could have been smoother with a more comprehensive or detailed walkthrough. That said, the balance of structured learning and space to explore worked reasonably well overall, making me feel reasonably prepared after completion while acknowledging a little extra effort was needed outside the formal sessions.
