Training was great, magar ek glitch bhi aya tha kabhi
Training ke dauran sab kuch theek tha, software aur dialer ka use karna easy tha, aur onboarding bhi clear tha. Lekin ek baar jab mujhe connection problem aaya tha during telephonic support, tab thoda frustration hua. Wahaan se dialogue thoda lamba ho gaya tha, par support team ne patience se help kiya. Baaki sab smoothly chal raha tha, updates automatic milte rahe aur mujhe koi extra effort nahi karni padhi. Training sessions main poora dhyaan diya gaya tha ki agar kuch galat ho jaye toh help mile easily. Matlab training experience acha tha, thoda up-down aaya lekin overall kaafi positive raha.
