Training was good but support could improve when things went wrong
I started with the WFHI training program hopeful that it would prepare me well for using all their software features. The onboarding itself went smoothly and the instructional materials were clear and concise. However, when I encountered some issues with database synchronization, the way the support handled this was mixed. On one hand, it was reassuring to get telephonic support and someone actually walking me through possible fixes. On the other hand, the problem took a longer time than I expected to fully resolve, and some follow-up communications seemed a bit delayed. The calling tools and dialer worked reliably through the week, so that aspect was solid and didn’t add any stress. The automatic updates generally ran smoothly without much disruption. I appreciated the billing and sign-up process since it was straightforward and transparent. In sum, the training gave me confidence to use the software but when actual technical hiccups occurred, the response was average. I would say the overall experience offered a balance of both positive and lesser points, which makes me cautiously optimistic about future support interactions.
