Training was good but sometimes felt a bit repetitive and slow
When I started the WFHI training and onboarding, I thought it would be a quick process but there were moments that felt repetitive. For example, some sections basically repeated the same info about using the dialer tools in only slightly different ways. It wasn’t until I reached the database management part that things sped up and got a bit more engaging. There was also some waiting time involved while automatic updates installed, which made the overall onboarding stretch longer than I expected. Still, the material was well organized and easy to follow, and I appreciated the clear examples given. Although I wish it was a bit more concise, the gradual pace did help me absorb the details better. I’d sum it up to a friend like this: a solid orientation with a few dull patches but nothing that spoiled the overall usefulness. It prepared me reasonably well for using the software every day.
